INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cups chamomile Chamomile Tea

  • 2 cups Spinach

  • 1/4 tsp Earthrise Californian Spirulina

  • 1 medium Pear, peeled

  • 1 medium Banana

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • 1 cup ice
